Qualifications: BA (Econ), MBA, FAICD

Ms Nicholls is a corporate advisor and a director of several leading Australian companies and organisations. She is director of Sigma Pharmaceuticals Limited, Fairfax Media Limited and is the chairman of KDR Victoria Pty Ltd.
Ms Nicholls brings to the Board considerable experience as an executive and advisor in the financial services industry and health sector.

Richard England

Non-executive Director

Qualifications: FCA, MAICD

Mr England is a Chartered Accountant. He is Chairman of Ruralco Holdings Limited. He is a director of Choiseul Investments Limited, Nanosonics Limited and Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited.

As a director he brings financial and accounting experience to the Board as well as broad management experience.

Ziggy Switkowski

Non-executive Director

Qualifications: PhD, B.Sc (Hons), FAICD

Dr Switkowski is a director of Suncorp-Metway Limited and Tabcorp Holdings Limited and is the chair of Australia Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation and Opera Australia. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Telstra.
As a director he brings significant senior executive operating and Board experience gained from leading large Australian and international organisations.

Philip Bullock

Non-executive Director

Qualifications: BA, MBA, Dip. Ed.

Mr Bullock is a director of CSG Limited and Perpetual Limited and the chair of Skills Australia. He is also a member of the Advisory Board to the Federal Government’s Education Investment Fund. He has previously held senior executive positions in the IBM group including Vice President of IBM's Systems and technology Group for Asia Pacific, based in Shanghai.
Mr Bullock has served on a number of boards including the board of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) and the Business Council of Australia.

Eric Dodd

Non-executive Director

Qualifications: BA (Econ), FCA, FAICD

Mr Dodd is the Chairman of Snowball Group Limited and First American Title Insurance Company of Australia Pty Limited and a director of Credit Corp Group Limited and Clean Up Australia. He is the former CEO and Managing Director of MBF Australia Ltd and NRMA Limited. He is also a former director of BUPA Australia Health Pty Ltd.
As a director, he brings extensive operational experience of more than 30 years in the insurance and financial sectors and a thorough understanding of the health industry.

Paula Dwyer

Non-executive Director

Qualifications: BComm, FCA, FAICD, FFin

Experience: Ms Dwyer is a director of Tabcorp Holdings Ltd, Suncorp Metway Ltd and Astro Japan Property Group Ltd. She is also Deputy Chairman of the Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute and is a member of the Takeovers Panel.

Ms Dwyer is a Chartered Accountant and during her 20 year executive career held senior positions in the securities, investment management and investment banking sectors.

Bruce Dixon - Managing Director

Experience: Appointed Managing Director December 1997. Mr Dixon has an extensive background in the healthcare sector having held senior positions in both private and public hospitals. Prior to joining Healthscope, he held the position of General Manager, SSL Healthcare Services, a division of Spotless Services Limited.
